After years of selling radio airtime, insurance, real estate, and office furniture industries, Carla launched Monarch Office Furniture out of her home during the most challenging economic conditions in the last 100 years, August 2008. With her positive outlook, extensive knowledge of office planning, and willingness to always go the extra mile for clients, Carla remains an active salesperson.
Sandra brings with her both a design school education and years of experience teaching and training others in various industries. Sandra now applies that creative design perspective to helping clients understand furniture layout, space planning, and how to bring in personal design esthetics for every client.
As a former American Airlines Sr. Analyst Lisa’s business acumen and planning skills are top-notch. Her attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to introduce workable alternatives gives our clients the assurance that all the I’s will be dotted and the T’s crossed.

Renee is the newest member of the Monarch Office Furniture family, after a storied career in Broadcast TV and corporate communications, Renee found herself wanting a new challenge. Renee is ensuring that we expand our brand awareness as we continue to grow.
Liz joined the Monarch Office Furniture family in 2019 after a 30-year career in advertising and marketing. She manages the Monarch website, and email communications, and tracks and troubleshoots orders, all while helping to welcome visitors to our offices.
As a business owner himself, Luis has extensive knowledge of the industry. He oversees the receiving, building, delivery, and installation of all new product orders as well as managing Monarch’s pre-owned and rental inventory warehouses. While at a job site he knows what’s needed to efficiently bring your installation from concept to total functionality.
