Creating a space plan early in the decision-making process provides the most significant return on a company’s investment when retrofitting or creating a new office environment. By carefully considering the intended use of each area, we can optimize the layout by thoughtfully allocating every square footage of the available space gets utilized efficiently.

A new office building needed a layout design for the installation of cubicles in a compact area without interfering with the access and flow of the employees working in the cubicles. We used pre-owned cubicles to meet the client's need for a budget-friendly build-out; while meeting sound buffering and physical access expectations.

A relocation of a physician's office to a new building after a flood damage at the previous one. A fresh and modern look focused on space planning to allow for more storage for medical equipment to fit. We provided a plan that met ADA guidelines in all public and private spaces.

We designed a space plan for a temporary facility while their new building was being constructed. The client wanted solutions to create a productive work environment at their new temporary facility for their staff. We delivered and installed all the furnishing for the 80,000 square-foot building.

We adapted an unused space to a professional work and collaboration environment. The company was expanding and needed a new area for staff to collaborate. We created a natural division between two open areas without constructing a physical wall, providing independent work areas and a cohesive design aesthetic on the cubicles with fabric that coordinated with the company branded colors.
