Our company was founded by a woman who started her journey assisting others in establishing their businesses. Monarch butterflies would approach and accompany her through personal tragedies, triumphs and daily experiences as if they were suggesting a path of self-discovery and reflection. One day, she followed a Monarch butterfly into a job interview in which she was hired. This job would later present experiences that were both indicative and inspiring for her own journey leading to the establishment of Monarch Office Furniture in 2008.
